Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our care teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion, and resident dignity. Working closely with Unit Managers or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:
Administering medication
Personal care
Team supervisions
Developing, implementing, and updating care plans adhering to CQC guidelines
Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

Due to the nature of this role, we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have experience within a similar role. Fantastic people skills:
