Your new company We are working with a unique, entrepreneurial, innovative small organisation in Cambridge to find an experienced EA to join the team and support their CEO.

Your new role Working in this small and interesting organisation, you will be providing vital support to the CEO and completing daily tasks to aid in the support of the CEO with the running of several businesses. With a unique product base and entrepreneurial spirit, no two days will be the same! Typical tasks could include: Organising complex travel Booking lunches/dinners at various restaurants Responding to emails Organising social events Researching and booking family holidays Managing all elements of personal tasks (property management, personal arrangements, etc.) Supporting other departments such as finance and HR Managing projects, operations management and business support This will be a varied, diverse and unusual role with a challenging and stimulating workload.

What you'll need to succeed This client is looking for someone who is an experienced EA who understands that the support you provide is key to the smooth and efficient running of a business and the personal life of a high-net-worth individual. You should ideally have previous experience in an EA role at a high level where you can also demonstrate you have made an impact in the operational running of a business and supporting projects and strategy. Experience of working with or supporting high-net-worth individuals/business owners would be highly advantageous. A great work ethic and the right attitude to your work are also highly important. You should be highly motivated, energetic, take pride in what you do, and be willing to go above and beyond what is needed of you. As this role will be supporting a high-net-worth individual, you should be able to work with discretion and confidentiality. You should be highly IT literate, organised and methodical in your work.

What you'll get in return This role is being offered as a temporary position to start with but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. Ideally, it is full time but flexibility is appreciated. Hours are 9-5pm or 8-4pm, based in their offices in Cambridge. There is no parking on site but excellent public transport links. A very competitive salary of up to £70,000 is offered in addition to a great benefits package. The office is incredible with fantastic facilities and an opportunity to work with some great people in the business. Ideally, we are looking for someone to start ASAP and be able to commit on an ongoing basis.
