A Legal 500 firm in Guildford is looking for a Senior Associate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded and busy team.
You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on high profile work.
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse range of cases involving freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first time buyers, right to buy etc
Provide support to other fee-earners with queries on matters and support the growth of paralegals and trainees
Requirements:
A qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ years of PQE
Proven expertise in conveyancing matters
Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence

3 days working from home, 2 days in office
