Digital Advocacy Manager

VIP & Advocacy Manager , you will be responsible for driving qualitative footfall to Bicester Village and driving awareness of the Village by using your expertise in advocacy landscape and direct VIP relationships. You will have a priority focus on London, International and local-based advocates (VIP & Digital Influencers), forging strong direct relationships and tapping into their affluent networks in order to build our communities and drive footfall. About the role You will develop a luxury guest centric annual strategic plan that focuses on driving qualitative footfall to the Village and increased spend per visit. You will grow your network of advocates (VIPs and digital influencers) to attract them to visit the Village and create organic storytelling that captures their experience. Being physically present in Bicester Village to offer one-to-one hosting of all advocates and VIPs to ensure a 5* luxury experience. Manage on-site shoots and video creation with advocacy talent including all production and post-production elements. Be responsible for delivering against a monthly ‘tracked spend’ KPI and ‘reach’ and ‘engagement’ goals for organic content creation. Role requirements You are passionate about fashion and style, and able to curate an elevated experience in the village, leveraging both tactical and positioning moments. Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferable. Strong existing and direct relationships in Advocacy (VIP and digital influencers) with a black book of relevant talent and agents. Experience in event, shoot and content capture management. Strong knowledge of the various social media platforms and how to measure data and performance through these platforms. Ability to deliver against KPI targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external parties. Computer literate and high proficiency of Microsoft Office; experience in the use of business social media is essential.
