Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Head of Legal Gloucester Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH Competitive salary dependant on experience We are working with this specialist niche firm in Gloucestershire who have exclusively instructed Chadwick Nott to handle this new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them as Head of Legal. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a specialised team as Head of Legal who will play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance, supervising transactions, and fostering the professional growth of this dynamic team. To be considered, you will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE and demonstrated experience of managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload. Strong expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold matters and SDLT requirements is essential for this role. Experience of equity release is an advantage but is not essential. As Head of Legal, you will be expected to provide technical legal support across transactional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards and SRA regulations, lead quality control enhancements and peer review processes whilst mentoring and developing team members. The successful candidate will have strong communication, leadership and organisational skills together with strong technical expertise.
