Cast vision for the services and help teams to execute with excellence. Implement a weekly scorecard for Campus worship teams and provide resources for improvement.
Recruit, train, and employ new worship leaders and vocalists.
Identify, equip, and build a team of quality worship leaders and vocalists. Provide opportunities and systems for attracting and recruiting new talent.
Foster a healthy culture of growth and honor that is aligned with team values.
Create and drive a culture of building one another up for the glory of God. Give timely, helpful feedback in an honoring way.
Oversee and manage ongoing development for all worship leaders.
Promote personal growth and development in all areas of a worship leader including musical, spiritual, theological, artistic, and leadership skills. Provide opportunities for worship leaders and vocalists to collaborate creatively in things such as calls to worship, moments, and songwriting.
Contribute to the ongoing success of developmental systems and platforms.
Collaborating to design a robust program (Worship Academy) that trains and raises up leaders at all levels. Raising up coaches and providing resources and content for ongoing development.
