Job Description
Our client is a well-respected traditional law firm with a strong regional presence looking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor into their Derbyshire office. The role will require you to handle a full range of residential conveyancing issues including: Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property Transfer of equity Remortgaging Shared ownership Other conveyancing work You should be able to handle your own caseload from start to completion. The successful candidate will join a close-knit and supportive team that strives to provide clients with clear and technically brilliant advice. You should be hardworking and able to work as part of a successful and dynamic team. Candidates who are 2+ years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake the role; however, this is an approximate guide, and our client is happy to consider applicants who fall outside of this PQE range but have the relevant knowledge/experience.
