Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new temporary challenge? Do you have a confident grasp of current employment law?

This role will require a detailed and confident individual to navigate the fast-paced and complex environment; the post will require the successful candidate to also handle all their own administration, so you must be happy with this.

If you are free at short notice to start and can demonstrate excellent generalist HR experience, this could be the ideal role for you!

This is a full-time role and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with one hour unpaid lunchbreak.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities Carrying out critical administrative tasks within the end-to-end recruitment process Arranging interviews Sifting CVs Employee relations administration and advice Handling flexible working requests Case work, to include absences and sickness Liaising with line managers Correspondence production (e.g. contracts, promotions, references, employee relations matters etc.) People systems maintenance, liaising with new joiners and line managers, payroll and benefits set up

Location This position is based in offices in OX14. There is parking available on site.
