You You may already have experience working within a charity, but it is not essential for any of our current roles. This role involves delivering sessions in Doncaster approximately 60% of the time, with the remainder spent across Barnsley, Rotherham & Sheffield. A large part of this role is relationship building in the community to identify needs, which will involve meeting with local partners and stakeholders. When back in the office, your typical day would involve reviewing what has been delivered, the outcomes achieved, and designing future programmes to meet community needs, including procurement of services, locations, and people. Our ideal candidate would have: At least a couple of years of experience working with young people in education/youth/community settings. Understanding of safeguarding principles and working with vulnerable young people. A minimum level 2 qualification in any sport.
