Ciprani Consulting is hiring for a top Executive Real Estate Leadership position for Jeff Glover Companies within the metro Detroit area of Michigan and is looking for a talented person to help run one of its teams. This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individual. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of success and skills as a leader with a background in residential Real Estate and/or recruiting . Base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 Expected 1st year earnings: $150,000-$175,000. There is no limitation on your earning potential Paid Time Off (PTO) Healthy amount of training, coaching & development opportunities paid for by company (requires some travel) Responsibilities
RECRUITING- Recruiting will be the primary focus early on as momentum is built and systems are in place to ensure consistent growth is implemented and executed. Prospecting to initiate new with existing agents in the market (recruiting; 2-3 hours daily) Following up with potential recruits and referral sources for recruits (1-2 hours daily) Conducting/supporting 2 to 3+ recruiting appointments per day (can be accomplished in multiple ways i.e. holding your own appointments with producing agents and helping staff close appointments with lower production/new agents) Recruiting agents will/can look like the following: New Agents joining the real estate world Experienced solopreneurs/agents operating in other brokerages Agents that have a team of other agents Brokerages looking to sell through acquisition to other brokerages Leading office team meetings (sales meetings) with leverage from staff and other sources (weekly or bi-weekly; currently bi-weekly) Leading the top agents within the office (office board of directors and office managers) meetings (1x per month) along with other committees (example: education of new and seasoned agents) Provide consistent leadership to staff and agents Coach/consult with the top 10-20% of agents within the office (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the agent) Review financials to achieve/maintain a tight budget and profitability (weekly within the office, monthly with owners and office leadership) Qualifications
TRAINING people to their highest potential Proven track record in sales, ready to take your next step in leadership.
