Your new role
My client has an urgent need for an experienced Employee Relations/Human Resources Advisor for 3 days per week for a 3-4 month interim assignment. Your role will cover BAU activities whilst some of the HR team focus on a key project.
Day-to-day you will lead absence management and all casework. Up-to-date employment law knowledge is imperative and being able to work autonomously.
Ideally, you will be able to accommodate around 24 hours per week with 2/3 days on-site in Norwich, but they are very open to considering other work patterns.
