Senior Solicitor/Associate
to join its widely respected Corporate Team.
The team is led by a highly experienced and respected Partner who is always looking at innovative ways to improve processes for the better both from a client's point of view and for the team, making them slicker, faster and ahead of the curve.
You will work on matters such as
Mergers & Acquisitions ,
IP and Data Privacy ,
Commercial Contracts
and
Investment funding .
You will have an exciting client base ranging from food and drink through to the tech sector.
It is likely you shall have a minimum of
3 years' relevant corporate/commercial law experience , be commercially astute, be open to embracing new technology within the legal sector and have exceptional business development and networking skills.
