The Role This firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their growing team in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Their experience of local services such as mediation, coupled with a sound knowledge of the law, means that they are leaders in their field. You will gain great experience dealing with Corporate Commercial matters working directly alongside one of the region's most reputable, experienced partners. The firm specializes in M&A's, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts, Sales & Purchases, and more. Requirements: You will need previous experience working in a Corporate/Commercial department, or have completed a training seat in this practice area. You will have a great eye for detail.
