On behalf of our client, we are looking for a NQ Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Family Team in Exeter to assist with financial disputes following the breakdown of unmarried relationships. This is an area in which there has been huge growth and therefore the work is fast-paced and challenging, as well as being client-focused at all times.
Within the role, you will be dealing with TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act claims.
Experience required for the role:
You will ideally have some experience of TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes, and/or have a background in civil proceedings. You will be a good communicator, enjoy working as part of a team, and will be as committed to delivering the highest standards of client care as we are.
You will be personable, driven, and enthusiastic, and an effective communicator who is looking to build a successful career in Private Family work. As well as being comfortable working collaboratively within the team, you will also be able to work independently at all times.
