On a daily basis you will be: Facilitating the buying and selling of agricultural and sporting estates. Advising on land sales for development, including sales, options, and promotion agreements. Providing counsel on various green energy projects. Handling a full spectrum of landlord/tenant issues related to agricultural, commercial, and residential property. Advising lenders on loans to owners of agricultural property.
Ideally you will have a solid background in rural real estate or you will be an experienced real estate lawyer eager to specialise in this niche area.
