Job Description
Here at Sacco Mann, we are working with a forward-thinking Legal 500 firm who are looking for a dynamic and diligent Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their successful team in their Preston office. The multi-locational law firm has a widely recognized corporate commercial presence within the Northwest, and they aim to deliver personalized and bespoke services to all clients. They pride themselves on building long-lasting client relationships as they offer top-quality legal advice within the local community and on a national level. You will ideally have 4 years PQE of strong experience in Commercial contracts, which will require you to use your excellent organizational skills to manage your own varied caseload. This will include purchasing and distribution agreements, terms and conditions agreements for both suppliers and consumers, data protection and GDPR services, and any other industry-specific contract types as may be required on a national and international level. You will also be confident in your knowledge and communication skills to provide excellent client care and contribute to the growth of the team and client base.
