Our client, based in Skegness, is looking for a Senior Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their thriving private client department. This position will have a variety mix of cases relating to Wills and Probate, with the successful individual being responsible for assisting with the allocation of workload within the department, as well as assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members.
Hours:
Full time 9am - 5pm Salary:
£35,000 - £45,0000 dependent on experience Location:
Office based with potential to work from home 2 days per week, with successful completion of probation period.
Specifications
In order to be considered for this position, applications must reflect that you have a minimum of 5 years' experience of handling a range of Wills and Probate cases from start to finish, including advising on and drafting of the following: Wills Probate Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts Estate Planning Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax The client is looking for a successful candidate that will be: IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative Willing to participate in business and development activities Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
