Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrating extensive knowledge and providing counsel to clients on various private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
Managing probate and estate administration matters, including obtaining grants of probate and administering estates in adherence to legal requirements.
Maintaining a minimum of 1-year Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Establishing rapport with clients, exhibiting empathy and professionalism while upholding strict confidentiality.
Efficiently organising and managing client files, ensuring precision and compliance with data protection regulations.
Maintaining meticulous records of the firm's billing and financial documentation.
To be familiar with the SRA account rules and managing client money.

Compensation:
Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000, with opportunities for commission.
