Within this role, you will work on an existing caseload from start to finish across a broad spectrum of Commercial issues such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, share buy-backs, and joint ventures. The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years PQE with a background in Commercial law, as well as excellent client care, organizational and communication skills. You should be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and be an ambitious individual looking to progress within an established law firm for the long term.
