Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, East Midlands, Midlands, Oxfordshire, West Midlands A Regional civil engineering Contractor with an annual turnover of over £600m is currently working on a Multi-Million pound scheme in the midlands region and is seeking an established Commercial Manager / Lead. The successful candidate will be working on projects worth up to £100m within the company's award-winning Civil Engineering team. Candidate Requirements:
Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering or similar 10 Years’ Experience in Civil Engineering working on highways, structures, and infrastructure Experience of working in schemes worth £20M + Providing advice and guidance Review all commercial plans to deliver maximum margin You should preferably be RICS-qualified The ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and other relevant software is a must Coaching skills are fundamental to this management role Profound NEC, JCT Contract Experience Contractual advice to the tendering process Improvement of commercial procedures Appraisal & Objective setting Manage the monthly commercial audit process Person Specific:
Experience of developing and promoting commercial KPIs is a must You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the development and implementation of procedure You will have the proven ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, costing staff, and project planners Apply For This Job
