What You'll Do: Lead & Mentor : Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth. Innovate & Design : Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards. Collaborate & Solve : Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals. Your Skills: Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications. Extensive experience in RF design and development In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
