TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Top 15 firm of chartered accountants, based in Maidstone, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant/ Senior Accountant to join their team in a general practice position across accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT. This is a fantastic training opportunity in one of Kent' market leading Top 15 accountancy firms.
Our client is looking for somebody who is either studying the AAT, ACA, or ACCA or somebody who is qualified by experience to join them in a progressive and rewarding career. You will have lots of autonomy and our client will provide study support as required.
You will be responsible for:
Preparation of statutory accounts Assisting with management accounts production Personal tax, corporate tax and VAT returns General bookkeeping duties using Iris, Xero or QuickBooks Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees Requirements
Semi Senior Accountant - Top 15 Accountants Maidstone
You will have 2-5 years experience within an accountancy practice. You will be AAT / ACA/ ACCA part qualified or AAT qualified, or qualified by experience. You will have hands on experience of accounts, tax and VAT preparation Benefits
