Credit Controller Temp to Perm

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function for the Preston business unit, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, resolving queries and disputes, and maintaining good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also be involved in producing reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team with other tasks as required. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 2 years of experience in a similar credit control role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume environment A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to deal with customers at all levels A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A keen attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation skills A positive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and bonus schemes.
