Contentious Probate Solicitor
to join their Birmingham/West Midlands team. Ideally you will have 10+ years’ PQE, excellent client care and interpersonal skills along with contacts in the local market. You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable undertaking business development activity/networking. You will be joining a contentious probate team with a supportive friendly culture, working alongside leading solicitors, handling a mixed caseload of high-quality matters including disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees regarding the performance of their duties and the administration of estates of trusts.
