Contentious Probate Solicitor

to join their Birmingham/West Midlands team. Ideally you will have 10+ years’ PQE, excellent client care and interpersonal skills along with contacts in the local market. You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable undertaking business development activity/networking. You will be joining a contentious probate team with a supportive friendly culture, working alongside leading solicitors, handling a mixed caseload of high-quality matters including disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees regarding the performance of their duties and the administration of estates of trusts. You will also be expected to supervise more junior members of the team. An excellent package is available for this Solicitor reflecting the seniority of the role.
