Share An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our team. Working within the service department, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated individual with the drive and ambition to support the team with the organisation of servicing, repairs, and inspections. ASHBROOK is a dynamic plant, access and agricultural machinery hire company, we have the latest, top-of-the-range machinery and our skilled team ensures that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. We have been trading for 25 years and employ approx. 80 people in our two depots. In fact, we’re one of the top hire firms in the country. Responsibilities and duties include: Scheduling of preventative maintenance servicing Upkeep and maintenance of machine certifications Supporting the whole service team by answering customer calls and logging jobs Maintaining effective communication with customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times Organise and monitor third-party providers to attend site i.e. glaziers/ hose repairs Parts ordering General administration and office duties Requirements

Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task and prioritise workload on own initiative. Good communication skills, both verbal and written Resourceful, keen eye for attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy team player Positive attitude with a friendly approach Background in plant/powered access – desirable but not essential Hours of Work

The hours of work are flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate in advance. They will cover a minimum of 8 hours each day (including 30mins lunch) with additional hours possible, should you wish, up to a maximum of 11 per day, working Monday to Friday. Therefore, the total number of hours worked, and the start/ finish times are negotiable between 06.30hrs and 18.00hrs, Monday to Friday. 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays – rising to 25 with length of service.
