This client has exclusively partnered with Howett Thorpe to appoint a Financial Controller.
This business has grown YoY and is now looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day financial operations and reporting, managing a team of 4 responsible for the transactional elements of finance.
Working within an owner-managed business, you will be shaping out the strategy for growth, which could involve a complete overhaul of how the business currently operates from a financial control and reporting perspective.
As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting, and statutory responsibilities.
You will join the leadership team and contribute to this superb company culture, providing financial strategic acumen to guide the leadership team and wider business.
This position has the potential for promotion to Finance Director with a strong earning reward.
