Corporate Commercial Solicitor - York
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with an established multi-office practice in York. This is a well-established full-service practice with a strong reputation in the local area.
This opportunity is well suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Corporate Commercial law.
The Role
Handling your own caseload of high-calibre corporate transactions including: Corporate finance Financial Services Acquisitions and Mergers including share purchase, asset purchase and MBO Joint Ventures, Distributor, Agency and Franchise Agreements Partnership Agreements Shareholder Agreements Company and LLP Formation and Compliance Terms and conditions E-commerce Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be highly advantageous. A clean and current practising certificate. Experience in a similar role with at least 3 years PQE Previous experience working with high-calibre corporate transactions
