Salary - up to £100K plus very generous bonus
Location - Luton
Working Pattern – 3 Days in the office
Hours – Full Time Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an 8+ PQE UK qualified Solicitor with a Corporate/Commercial law background to join a growing In-House legal team.
Candidate Profile
Support Head of Legal on the day to day running of the Legal team, providing tailored advice to business functions including Operations, Facilities, Strategy. You'll play a key role in significant M&A work across the Group, so demonstrable experience of acting as the lead contact on corporate transactions is essential. High value contract negotiation up to £1 billion. Act as part of business wider project teams to ensure the Groups supply chain is robust and delivering value. Provide support to senior stakeholders across the Group, ensuring decision making is made in a commercial fashion. Support junior team members.
Role Requirements
Minimum 8+ PQE in Corporate/Commercial Law In-House experience from a previous role or on secondment Finance experience would be desirable Experience of working closely with C-suite stakeholders is essential
