Leading accountancy firm seeks Accounts & Audit Semi Senior to join their team in Derby.
This role is with one of the Midlands leading accountancy practices with multiple offices across the Midlands. They are seeking an Accounts and Audit semi senior to join their fast-paced team in Derby. The firm is looking to appoint an experienced individual to work with a broad and varied client base.
As a semi-senior, you will be responsible for assisting with accounting and audit assignments. Your duties will include:
Preparing year-end accounts for manager's review
Undertaking audit fieldwork on client site
Ad hoc bookkeeping and VAT work
You will work with a broad range of clients including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, groups, and charities. This role will be more focused on the preparation of accounts, and the majority of audit assignments will be local.
