This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work for a fun company who have a modern approach. Due to the nature of the business, you will be dealing with low value, high volume invoices!
What you will be doing:
Taking payment via the phone or the online portal
Chasing missing purchase orders
Creating purchase orders and sending them out
Chasing outstanding debt by phone or email
Completing supplier forms and maintaining mail merge lists
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
Other ad hoc duties
What you will have:
Experience within credit control
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of Excel (mail merge and ability to manipulate data)
Ability to work in a team
What you will receive in return:
Base salary of £26,000 - £28,000
