Corporate Finance Manager

The Role: As a Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality transaction work and helping grow the business in line with strategic objectives. With autonomy to shape how you deliver results, you’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen to support clients and drive success across a range of corporate finance activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a variety of transactions, including

company sales, acquisitions, MBOs, and MBIs . Plan, manage, and execute

due diligence assignments

to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare

detailed valuation reports

to support client objectives. Support

marketing and business development efforts , including:

Networking and speaking at events. Writing articles and thought leadership pieces. Drafting and presenting pitches. Following up on sales leads (including cold and warm calls).

Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and supporting performance appraisals. Maintain and grow your

professional network , leveraging social media platforms effectively. Conduct structured and ad-hoc

research , alongside financial analysis and modelling. Prepare

high-quality presentations and reports

for various transaction types. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in

corporate finance , with a strong understanding of its processes. Expertise in

financial modelling

and knowledge of key tax considerations in corporate finance. Outstanding

communication skills , with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work. Strong
