We are working with an incredible organisation in the Redhill area, who are looking for a Deputy Finance Manager to join their small and friendly team. This role will be within a forward-thinking finance team, supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function.

You will have the opportunity to gain a wide depth of exposure, working closely as a key support to the Finance Manager. This is going to be a varied role but day to day could include:

Experience with Payroll processing Overseeing the transactional processes Accounts reconciliations Supporting with management accounts Maintaining accounting records Supporting Accounts assistants with training and development Other relevant duties as required

The ideal candidate we are looking for is/has: Previous experience in an all-round Accounts role A self-starter Strong communication and relationship building skills A great team player
