This is a Business Analyst role for a growing Technology business that operates across the insurance sector.
This Business Analyst role is ideal for someone who thrives on being the crucial link between technology and business operations. The company is looking for a skilled professional to engage with all levels of their organisation, helping to map out and document current business processes while also shaping the future direction of their projects.
Working closely with the Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, and subject matter experts, you will help identify the changes needed in various projects. You will assess the impact of these changes, and capture, analyse, and document the necessary functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in designing effective solutions that address the identified needs while also growing your expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Your key tasks will include gathering information from both business and technical sources, reviewing existing processes for improvement opportunities, and producing clear documentation that meets the needs of all stakeholders. You will ensure that all relevant regulatory requirements are met and that the documented functionality and designs are formally signed off.
