Sales Manager required for our client located in Chichester, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations, as well as communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team, ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately.
The Sales Manager will ideally have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise at all levels, with some experience in residential estate agents or as an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience.
Sales Manager Remuneration
Basic Salary:
£25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months) On Target Earnings:
£40,000 - £50,000 Car Allowance:
£3,000 or Company Car Work Pattern:
5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) Holiday Commission:
33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday Pension contribution Life Insurance Company Rewards and Incentives Paid entry fees for charitable events Full package discussed at interview stage
