Fleet Management Controller

who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles, minimizing downtime and cost control. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide, and getting the best results for their clients. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, enthusiastic, a problem solver, and someone who can work as part of a tight team while using their own initiative. Responsibilities include: Ensuring vehicles are maintained to manufacturer schedule Management of service and repair processes to agreed service level agreements Liaising with maintenance provider to plan and agree work Cost control and budgeting Maintaining company database Process management Stock control Quality control Supervision of ancillary staff Providing technical guidance and support to fleet teams About You: Demonstrable mechanical knowledge, preferably with City & Guilds Qualification Mechanical experience is essential to this position Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment in a similar role Proven ability to control and reduce costs in a similar role Motorbike licence preferred but not essential What we offer in return: We offer a clean, professional office working environment in Potters Bar, a competitive salary including 22 days holiday allowance plus 8 bank holidays.
