Working for a leading commercial property consultancy in Southwest England, the position of Lease Advisory Surveyor will cover a growing workload across the east and south of their region, working from either their Bristol or Exeter offices.
The team carries out a range of rent reviews, lease renewals and market rent valuations for a wide variety of properties and clients. They work in all main commercial property sectors, with the opportunity to work in more specialised areas such as healthcare and leisure. They work for a mixture of landlord and tenant clients. This is a great opportunity for a surveyor with experience in landlord and tenant.
Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate would be MRICS qualified having worked in a lease advisory/consultancy role previously, however we also welcome applications from those with commercial agency or valuation backgrounds wishing to move to a different role.
