TRANSACTION MANAGER

is required to play an integral part in the sales department success at this prestige main dealer in Truro, part of a privately owned motor group. This is a rewarding role, both financially and professionally, you’ll be representing a fabulous prestige brand within a business that enjoys a first-class reputation alongside a history of success. Supporting your own team of Executives, your key objectives will be: Direct and motivate the sales team whilst remaining a key member of it. Responsibility for the daily, weekly and monthly 1-2-1’s with the sales team to identify business opportunities and training needs, including coaching and developing to ensure all activities maximise the sales opportunity. Assist the Sales Managers in ensuring that volume and margin objectives are consistently achieved. Maximising the profitability of every vehicle sale using the tools available in line with company parameters and current legislation. Commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience in all areas of our business to maximise customer retention. Monitor diary management, controlling all lead management with accurate recording with the lead management system. Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines. Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Specialists. Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges. Track and complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance. Strong attention to detail, making sure all transactions are paid in full and finance activated with correct documentation. Upskill the Sales team by training in finance and insurance. For your application to be progressed,

you will need to have a proven track record in the motor industry within a Senior Sales Executive (with definable responsibility), Business or Sales Manager role. Being able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of motor industry legislation and the sales process with a franchise main dealer are essential.
