The firm deal with an affluent and wealthy client base of individuals, on the business side the client base is broad, often making for a much more interesting caseload.
They have grown year on year and are currently very busy, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor into their Southampton office.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant work.
This role will present an excellent level of exposure and would be great for someone with a desire to progress to Partnership.
Requirements
You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
You will have a good technical knowledge
Good communication skills are essential
Salary is competitive and negotiable and dependent on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
