The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a high-quality caseload including:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Development projects
Property finance
Portfolio management
Commercial lease negotiations
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
Strong technical knowledge of property law and commercial transactions
Excellent client relationship management skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Ability to manage complex transactions independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
