Corporate Solicitor - Associate/Senior Associate Top Regional Law Firm Guildford, Surrey An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join a thriving and entrepreneurial Corporate team within a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm. Working directly with experienced team leaders, the successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of strategic corporate clients, advising on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and group development projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients on bespoke acquisition and disposal programs, integrating their broader group development strategies. Support clients in creating and implementing playbooks, toolkits, and processes for group development. Partner with an internal client solutions team to devise technology solutions tailored to clients' needs. Advise on M&A transactions and strategic investments while fostering long-term client relationships. Act as an extension of clients' teams, gaining a deep understanding of their business goals to deliver targeted and effective advice. The Ideal Candidate A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate law, ready to step into a collaborative and client-focused environment. Experience in M&A and corporate transactions, with a genuine interest in understanding business operations and strategy. Strong rapport-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Enthusiasm for supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the team's growth and success. A proactive approach to business development and networking activities to enhance the team's profile.
