Contentious Probate Solicitor - Salisbury
We are working with an award-winning firm in Salisbury in their search for a contentious probate solicitor. This solicitor will be joining a top-tier team known for their high-quality legal advice.
Acting mainly for charities and professionals, you'll be managing your own contentious probate caseload, including disputes around Inheritance Act claims, landed estates, claims for repayment of lifetime gifts, and more.
You will have a strong background in disputes, with experience specifically in contentious probate. We ideally look for someone with at least 2 years PQE, but please apply if you have more or less experience. Equally, if you have worked on contentious probate as part of a wider caseload, please still apply.
