Job Description
A leading Midland's law firm has an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Leicester. The East Midlands has been targeted as an area of growth for the firm and the property team is one of the firm's fastest growing departments. The firm has top quality national level work, a substantial and highly experienced property team, plus great training tailored to individuals to help solicitors progress their career, whatever the level. This is an unmissable opportunity to join a firm that is really on the rise. You will be working as part of a busy commercial property team with a varied caseload of acquisition and disposal work, plus work from local and national developers, pension funds, venture capitalists, and foreign investors on projects throughout the UK. The commercial property team acts for banks and financial institutions, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developers, healthcare and energy sector clients, giving you exposure to a range of sectors. You will be working on your own caseload but will also have the opportunity to assist more experienced solicitors on more complex matters. You will also be assisting with business development and marketing, including attending networking events. The successful Commercial Property solicitor should ideally be NQ+ PQE. You should have good team working and collaborative skills, and be an effective communicator with the ability to form strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. You should be motivated and looking to establish your career within a leading regional law firm.
