An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Chartered Legal Executive to join a long-standing and highly-successful firm in their York office. This role comes at an exciting time of expansion for the firm; Sacco Mann has worked very closely with this North Yorkshire firm over the years and we have truly witnessed them go from strength to strength. They pride themselves on their technical expertise in the legal sector, in a wealth of areas of law, and are highly regarded in the north of England. The Civil Litigation department works on a wide range of disputes matters so if you are an experienced Chartered Legal Executive with 2 years' plus experience in Dispute Resolution and you live locally to York, my client would like to hear from you. The Role:
You will conduct a high standard of client care to the firm's loyal clientele to align with the firm's ethos and policies. This particular department works on a wide variety of Dispute Resolution matters including Commercial and Civil Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Debt Recovery, and Neighbour Disputes. You will be responsible for your own caseload of these matters whilst assisting fellow fee earners and partners on providing advice to clients along with other legal services. This firm prides itself on quality, not quantity, and so you will be required to partake in networking and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate:
A background in a wide variety of Dispute Resolution matters is essential with 2 years' plus worth of experience in this area. Drive and ambition to progress and excel your career within this modern, exciting private practice. You will be personable and a confident communicator. You will have demonstrable experience in business development through meeting clients in person on a one-on-one basis. Your involvement in the overall development of the business will contribute to your success and progression here.
