NQ - 4 years PQE A great opportunity has arisen in Leicester for a corporate solicitor to join one of the Midland's leading law firms in a highly experienced, busy corporate team. The East Midlands has been targeted as an area of growth for the firm, leading to an increased number of opportunities within Leicester, providing a great chance to join a firm that is on the rise. Their client base ranges from regional SMEs to large national corporations, with particular expertise in the energy, healthcare, education, banking, and logistics sectors. Our client handles high-value work from high-profile clients, with a long history of advising on complex multi-million-pound deals. You will join a vibrant and expanding corporate team working on a broad range of corporate matters, including share and business acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and providing a general corporate advisory service to a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate should have past experience in developing business and exceptional client skills. You should be able to hit the ground running while managing your own caseload effectively. There will also be the opportunity to work alongside senior solicitors on more complex cases. The firm is looking for an enthusiastic corporate solicitor who is NQ - 4 years PQE to join its proactive team; however, our client is open to considering applications from candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
