My client is an international Legal 500 firm. The firm have a leading and much respected residential development team and they are looking for a junior residential development individual to join their fantastic growing team in Southampton. You will be handling matters including:
Conditional contracts
Strategic options
Promotion agreements
Partnering agreements
Consortium agreements and sale contracts,
Complex regeneration partnering agreements,
