Real Estate Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Leeds
A highly regarded regional firm is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor from around 5 years' PQE upwards to play a key part in driving further growth in a high ranking Legal 500 Yorkshire team, with excellent prospects of career progression.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an established regional firm with a great reputation that extends much further than its Yorkshire roots. You will join a friendly and ambitious team, where you will be exposed to a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including landlord, tenant, developer, corporate occupier or lender acquisitions and disposals. The work is high quality with clients across a diverse range of sectors such as ecclesiastical, retail, education, leisure, healthcare and property development.
At this level, you will manage your own caseload as well as oversee the work any junior team members, which presents a great opportunity to further your leadership skills. You will also be fully supported in achieving your own professional goals, by a friendly and collegiate Tier 3 Legal 500 team.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
· Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE. · Post-qualified experience gained within a similar sized practice. · A methodical approach to handling a variety of commercial real estate matters simultaneously. · A confident communicator with an ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues. · Ideally experience of overseeing junior team members, or at least a desire to do so. · A team player and a collegiate approach to working. · A high level of commerciality.
