Permanent The Bodyshop Controller role involves overseeing a dynamic and expanding Accident Repair Centre in the Milton Keynes area. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all body repairs and paintwork meet defined quality procedures. Authorise credit notes, purchase orders, and cheque requests while promoting inter-department co-operation and compliance with health and safety procedures. Oversee and motivate a team of productive staff and work closely with estimators to maximize site profitability. Requirements: Experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop. Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues. Drive and determination to maintain a productive department and work under pressure to achieve results through others.
