Year on year growth has allowed this expanding Property company to create a position of Finance Manager to assist with the development of the Finance Team. As Finance Manager, you will manage a team of 4 AAT studiers who cover the purchase ledger and credit control functions. The newly appointed Finance Manager will report to the FD and will play an important part in the company's development going forward. Duties will include: Responsibility for the finance function of the company Development and implementation of the company's financials Implementation and development of internal software Management accounts Prepare month/year end accounts Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting Produce monthly KPI pack Supervision of staff The successful Finance Manager will be a strong communicator, with the ability to work with non-financial/operational staff. This role will suit either a Qualified Accountant or QBE. What is essential are strong IT skills with confident usage of Excel.
