As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad-ranging role with a focus on:
Employee Engagement / experience Workforce Planning Strategic Recruitment Senior HR support to business leaders Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring Culture Strategic Projects such as Performance Management
Candidates: Chartered Member CIPD (preferable) CIPD Level 7 Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders Experience of Change, Transformation and Restructuring is essential in large complex organisations
Offer: 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets PAYE £34 - 41 / Umbrella £39-49 per hour Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
