Responsibilities:
As an Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and contributing to the growth of our Employment Law team. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on a range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, discrimination claims, and more. Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and providing high-quality advocacy. Developing practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to client's business objectives. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver comprehensive legal support. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to support clients further.Essential:
Qualified solicitor with a strong interest and background in employment law. Ability to handle a varied caseload with professionalism and attention to detail. Strong advocacy skills with experience (or interest) in representing clients in Employment Tribunals. Client-focused with excellent communication skills and a practical approach to legal advice.
